Chilled ❄️Suitable for everyone, classes focus on relaxation, gentle movement, and introductory poses with options to adapt for different abilities.

Warming ☀️ Usually features flowing sequences at a slow to medium pace, or deeper stretches, with options to adapt for all abilities.

Fiery 🔥 A more strenuous class with intermediate and advanced yoga positions, and often a faster pace, ideal for those with an existing movement practice.
