Intro to Pilates
(4 week course)

It's never too late to try something new! Join Claire for this introduction to Pilates. One block features 4 consecutive classes, ideal for anyone who is new or returning to the practice, or anyone transitioning from Yogalates. Suitable for all abilities, with adaptations offered throughout. Starting Wednesday 22nd April 2026.

Beginners Yoga
(4 week course)

Start your year with a focus on building flexibility, strength, and mindfulness with this introduction to Yoga. One block features 4 consecutive classes, ideal for anyone who is new or returning to the practice. Suitable for all abilities, Robin will offer adaptations throughout.

How to Build Your Meditation Practice

(4 week course)

Curious about meditation? Looking to learn how to switch off and reconnect? Discover how to build meditation and mindfulness techniques into your daily life in this 4 week course, guided by Lou Beardsmore. 

Lou is an experienced mindfulness teacher with over 15 years of helping people transform their wellbeing through mindfulness-based stress reduction and pain management programmes. This course is neuro-inclusive and trauma-informed, ensuring more people can truly benefit from these practices.

Pilates for Osteoporosis (4 week course)

People with osteoporosis often worry about what exercises are safe and what they can do to help with the condition. Led by Joyce, this 4 week course is carefully designed to help prevent the risk of falling by improving balance and bone strength. Gentle low impact exercises improve joint pain and inflammation, giving you more confidence to move better in your daily routine.
