Service Description
Pregnancy Yoga Mini Retreat Join Claire at Highland Yoga Collective for a nurturing and supportive space to slow down, tune in, and connect with your body, your breath, and your baby. This monthly mini retreat is designed for mothers-to-be in all trimesters, combining pregnancy-safe yoga, guided relaxation, and mindful breathwork to support your changing body and prepare for birth. Together we’ll share a morning of gentle movement, rest, and connection as we nourish the incredible power of the body during pregnancy, a time of creation, love, and expansion. Expect calming breathwork for birth, supportive movement practices, and moments of deep relaxation, all held within a welcoming community of other mothers-to-be. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, this 90-minute class is suitable for all levels with plenty of options to meet you where you are.
