We are back with our seasonal beach gathering in collaboration with Sauna Ostara to celebrate the Autumn Equinox! The Autumn Equinox is one of the two points in the year where day and night are of equal length. A moment of balance when the energies of the light and the dark are in harmony, offering a unique time to connect with others, reflect, and align yourself with the natural rhythms of the Earth. Join us on Nairn West Beach as we celebrate this festival and connect together through yoga, sauna, sound, and nature. Everything you need to know: SAUNA SLOTS RELEASED ON TUESDAY 22ND SEPTEMBER. Available on a first come first served basis. Book directly with Sauna Ostara. 4 - 6pm: Sauna slots (20 mins per slot) 6 - 7pm: Yoga Flow & Soundbath 7pm onwards: Sunset gathering and beach fire - Location: On the beach in front of Sauna Ostara - All Welcome. Suitable for all levels and beginners too! - BYO drinks and snacks for around the fire - Bring your own mat Tickets: £5 (or select pay in person for a free space) Please note: This is an event in a public space and there may be interaction with other folk and photographs taken by attendees and the hosts.
