As a social enterprise, we put community at the heart of everything we do. We believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, which is why we offer free and subsidised classes, and a free social prescribing programme.

Community Yoga
Connect mind and body and exploring fun and gentle movements for just £5 at Community Yoga class. This class is guided by a different teacher every week, making Community Yoga a great way to explore different styles of yoga, and to get to know the wonderful teachers at the HYC and connect with your community. Every class is welcoming and adaptable to all abilities.
