What We Offer
Retreats
Mini and whole day retreats take place throughout the year, and focus on taking time to slow down, turn inwards, and be guided by the season. Mini retreats usually feature tea and snacks, and whole day retreats also include lunch. The ideal way to treat yourself or a loved one to a truly nourishing experience. Look out for special collaborations, too - we have previously run day retreats at Boath House and Altyre Estate for an extra special experience.
