Join the Highland Yoga Collective and Sauna Ostara for this special collaboration to celebrate Summer Solstice. Summer Solstice is the time of the year when the daylight is at its longest. It is the peak of summer. Join us to celebrate this festival of light and connect together through yoga, sauna, sound and nature. This year, our Solstice gathering is taking place on Nairn beach, opposite Sauna Ostara. The yoga session, led by Laura Ross, will guide you through mindful movements as you tune in to the sights, sounds, smells, and touch of the beach where the gentle waves, the fresh sea breeze. Heat up in the sauna or by the fire. Everything you need to know: SAUNA SLOTS RELEASED ON TUESDAY 16TH JUNE. Available on a first come first served basis. Book directly with Sauna Ostara. 5.00 - 7:00pm: Sauna slots (20 mins per slot) 7:00 - 7:45pm - Yoga Flow & soundbath with HYC teachers 8:00pm onwards: Fire and gathering - Location: On the beach in front of Sauna Ostara - All Welcome. Suitable for all levels and beginners too! - BYO drinks and snacks for around the fire - Bring your own mat Sign up for a ticket to receive email updates and a pin to the location.
