Join Highland Yoga Collective and Sauna Ostara for a special Summer Solstice collaboration on Nairn Beach. Celebrating the longest day of the year, this is a chance to welcome midsummer and connect through yoga, sound, sauna and nature. 🌞 Enjoy mindful beach yoga with Laura Ross, a soothing soundbath with Emily, sauna and fire by the shore, plus midsummer floral crown and mandala workshops before the yoga. ✨ Everything you need to know: SAUNA SLOTS RELEASED ON TUESDAY 16TH JUNE. Available on a first come first served basis. Book directly with Sauna Ostara. 5.00 - 7:00pm: Sauna slots (20 mins per slot) 5:30 - 7:00pm: Midsummer Floral Crown Workshop (drop in anytime to create your floral crown or mandala) 7:00 - 7:45pm: Yoga Flow & Soundbath 8:00pm onwards: Fire and gathering - Location: On the beach in front of Sauna Ostara - All Welcome. Suitable for all levels and beginners too! - BYO drinks and snacks for around the fire - Bring your own mat Tickets: Suggested £5 donation (or select pay in person for a free space) Please note: This is an event in a public space and there may be interaction with other folk and photographs taken by attendees and the hosts.
