Join Highland Yoga Collective and Sauna Ostara for this special gathering to celebrate the Spring Equinox. The Spring Equinox is one of the two points in the year where day and night are of equal length. A moment of balance when the energies of the light and the dark are in harmony, offering a unique time to connect with others, reflect, and align yourself with the natural rhythms of the Earth. Join us on Nairn beach as we celebrate this festival and connect together through yoga, sauna, movement and nature. The yoga session will guide you through mindful movements as you tune in to the sights, sounds, smells, and touch of the beach where the gentle waves, the fresh sea breeze. Heat up in the sauna or by the fire. Everything you need to know: SAUNA SLOTS RELEASED ON WEDNESDAY 18TH MARCH 5.00pm: Sauna slots begin 6:00 - 6:45pm - Yoga Flow & soundbath with HYC teachers 6:45pm onwards: Fire Some people may want to sauna while the yoga is happening and others may want to skip the sauna, it's all about community gathering, so join in with whichever part suits you. - Location: On the beach in front of Sauna Ostara - All Welcome. Suitable for all levels and beginners too! - BYO drinks and snacks for around the fire - Bring your own mat (Suggested donation of £5 for the event.)
