Service Description
People with osteoporosis often worry about what exercises are safe and what they can do to help with the condition. Led by Joyce, this 4 week course is carefully designed to help prevent the risk of falling by improving balance and bone strength. Gentle low impact exercises improve joint pain and inflammation, giving you more confidence to move better in your daily routine. There are two free places available on this course.
