Join Catherine for a free, monthly workshop for our LGBTQ+ community and allies, to explore gentle movement, relax, and reconnect. Free or by £5 donation. To make a reservation without paying, just select 'Pay in Person' and you won't be charged. Upcoming dates: 8th June 6th July 3rd August
