Discover how to build meditation and mindfulness techniques into your daily life in this 4 week course, guided by Lou Beardsmore.  Lou is an experienced mindfulness teacher with over 15 years of helping people transform their wellbeing through mindfulness-based stress reduction and pain management programmes. This course is neuro-inclusive and trauma-informed, ensuring more people can truly benefit from these practices.  Chill 🙏 Suitable for: Complete Beginners  Thursdays 18:00 - 19:00 Dates: 23rd April, 30th April, 7th May, 14th May
