We are excited to be launching this brand new Ashtanga Yoga Workshop on Saturday 28th March. Ashtanga Yoga is a strong and energising practice that combines breathwork with a structured sequence of poses (asanas). It is a meditative discipline that builds strength, flexibility, and stamina through flowing movement. Led by William, the workshop format will allow us to explore the Ashtanga Primary Series, working through standing, seated, and final postures.
