Hatha unifies asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control) and dyana (meditation) to encourage a healthy body and a clear and peaceful mind. This class encourages you to slow down your body, mind, and breath to remove you from external stresses of life and focus on the present. This class is also available to attend online. Chill 🙏 Suitable for: All abilities Mondays 09:30-10:30
