Graham Munro is 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Seasonal Yoga with Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga and Rocket Yoga Teacher Trainings.


 

I try to teach in a way that can be accessible to all body types, my cues are about foundations and then the feeling in your own body – less about perfect alignment. Vinyasa is a breath and movement practice, so while we move with the breath as best as we can it does not mean we have to sacrifice our natural flow just to keep up with the class. I’d encourage you to find your natural rhythm at the start of any practice and then build an even or equal inhale and exhale and then move to your own rhythm. From this point we can flow and move in time with our own body, my classes are a mix of Vinyasa and a little Yin, with little bursts of energy; Dynamic flow does not have to be fast though it can be slow and controlled.
