Guest Yoga Teacher
My family and I have moved around quite a bit over the years and yoga has helped me to feel at home and to connect with the local community wherever we are and is vital to both my physical health and my feelings of happiness and wellbeing. I am drawn to a flowing style of yoga, for me there is magic in creating a moving meditation by moving the body with the breath but after attending a class in NYC with legendary teacher Maty Ezraty I started to explore other yoga traditions and have since played with integrating elements from different traditions into my own practice. After taking part in a yoga for menopause research project with the Menopause Yoga pioneer Petra Coveney I decided to take a teacher training in Yoga for the stages for Menopause with Niamh Daily in Dublin Ireland. I believe yoga is for everyone, my classes are inclusive and supportive, rooted in yoga as mind and body practice and I strive to teach yoga that you can take into your everyday life off the mat.
