Service Description

In this midweek class we focus on simple movement to encourage more body awareness and physical mobility, as w as look at the other fundamental aspects of yoga such as breathwork and meditation. This class offers an inclusive, laid back and fun atmosphere that is perfect for complete newcomers to the practice, and will give students the tools to create and sustain a space for relaxation and serenity. Studio is heated to approximately 20C (although this can vary with ventilation)
