Service Description

Vinyasa means to move with the breath. This class is designed to progress your practice by incorporating more challenging vinyasa flows to build flexibility and strength using the breath as our guide. Vinyasa is a style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses (modifications will be given) and every class finishes with a savasana (relaxation)
