Service Description
Each week Robin will introduce you to different pranayama and meditation techniques. During the class you may be asked to lie on a yoga mat or sit upright. Lying down is optional and you can choose to sit on a chair or use a cushion to sit on the floor. Classes may involve some gentle movement that can be performed standing or seated. As well as breathwork and meditation, the class will involve a little chanting. At the end of each class you will feel uplifted, energised and deeply relaxed! Course cost is £20
Cancellation Policy
if you want to cancel or reschedule a booking you must do this 12 hours before the start of class.
