This is a relatively strenuous yoga class which will get your inner fire burning. It is a modified ashtanga style class which is suitable for people who already have some experience of yoga. Some aspects of the class are the same each time, for example the sun salutations as warm up but there are also variations on poses class to class. It is quite fast-paced and so there isn't much time for adjustments so it is best if you already know the basic yoga poses. This class focusses on strength, stamina and flexibility. It is great for yogis who want to push themselves and runners, cyclists, climbers or other athletes who want to balance their practice.
