Join experienced mindfulness facilitator Liz Newstead for this 'Introduction to Mindfulness' course: Introducing you to ways of training your brain for your overall wellbeing. Through simple yet powerful techniques, you’ll learn how to step away from constant busyness, quiet an overactive mind, and distance yourself from unhelpful thoughts. It will help you find ways to train the mind to be positive, kind, and helpful, ultimately to develop a sense of peace and calm in the mind. Why Take This Course? In today's fast-paced world, stress, anxiety, and distractions can take a toll on your mental and emotional health. Imagine being able to handle challenges with greater ease, feel more present in your daily life, and improve your overall happiness. Mindfulness isn’t just a practice, it’s a proven way to enhance focus, reduce stress, and build resilience. This course gives you practical tools to help you stay grounded and at ease. No prior experience required. Every Tuesday, 7:45 - 8:45pm, starting 22nd April 2025 for 6 weeks. Just £50. (Please note: this course is subject to minimum participation of 6 people)
