Join Yola for this special 2-hour Full Moon Chakra Workshop: "Through intentional movement, breathwork, and meditation, we’ll move through the seven chakras — from root to crown — creating space, balance, and flow. A time to realign and recharge." Sunday 10th August, 10-12, £20.
