A new monthly class for the family. Join Lydia of Yogi Me. Lydia combines yoga and storytelling in these classes. Taking shape through her own experiences and adventures and above all a childlike imagination that still believes in magic and marvels at the wonder of life. The journeys we take can be shamanic in style as we embody the animals, people and creatures we meet. I may guide you on a quest to find your true spirit or inner warrior along the way. Our adventures can also be themed around a storyline or character like dragons, pirates or Willy Wonka. They are always playful ad dusted with magic! I believe the best recipe for happiness is observed through children and the joy of play. The essence of what I share always begins and ends with ancient tools for wellbeing given to us through the sacred art and science of yoga which includes movement, meditation, breathwork and sound. This is yoga for all ages, big kids and smaller ones. You don't need to be stretchy, just willing to play.
