Service Description
A class for those who are looking to become more confident in their practice. You may have recently completed the beginners course, are relatively new to yoga or, haven't been to yoga in a while. The focus will be on linking postures and breath, whilst discovering how postures suit your body. The practice will accommodate a wide range of students encouraging them to explore a posture and its variations in greater depth and detail while enjoying a sequence based vinyasa flow.The class will aim to strengthen bodies, built confidence and enjoyment as you delve a little deeper into your own personal practice. This class will also suit regular practitioners who want more time to explore breath and movement. 6 week course Tuesday's: 7.45pm - 8.45pm Starting 25th Feb until 1st April £50 * Please note: This class will run based on a minimum of 6 people booking. Any changes will be communicated.

If you want to cancel you must do this 24 hours before the start of class. If you want to re-schedule you must do this at least 2 hours before the start of a class.
