In these strange times it is important to look after our physical and mental wellbeing. An online yoga practice at home is becoming increasingly popular. Offering peace of mind and comfort in your own home, while connecting to others in the community, yoga helps us stay grounded and focused through meditation, breath and mindful movement. During Spring we emerge from Winter’s shadows, as the earth blooms with colour and expansive energy, we open to the ideas of fresh starts and new beginnings. The body, mind and soul ask for us to shed Winter heaviness and “spring” into lightness with new intentions and direction. With this Spring yoga practice, we nurse this desire to grow with the purpose and grace. We will explore poses that nourish this development leaving you feeling re-energised and positive for new beginnings, whatever they are.
